| HULL FC SQUAD NAMED FOR HERITAGE GAME
Lee Radford has named his 19-man squad for this weekend’s Heritage game against Catalans Dragons.
The Black and Whites take on French outfit Catalans on Sunday, kick-off 3pm, in the final game of the 2015 Super League season.
The fixture is also the centrepiece of the club’s Heritage Week, with a host of match day activities, including the biggest ever West Park funfair, and a memorial service prior to the game.
Head coach Radford has named a strengthened squad to face the Dragons, with Richard Whiting and Tom Lineham returning whilst Jordan Thompson could make his comeback from injury.
First-team players Joe Westerman, Fetuli Talanoa, Chris Green, Setaimata Sa and captain Gareth Ellis are all missing through injury.
Young stars Jack Logan, Jordan Abdull and Brad Fash all retain their place in Radford’s squad whilst Masimba Matongo and Jack Downs drop out.
Lineham, Jordan Rankin, and Mickey Paea will all make their final Hull FC appearances on Sunday.
HULL FC: Abdull, Bowden, Fash, Hadley, Houghton, Lineham, Logan, Minichiello, Naughton, Paea, Palea’aesina, Pryce, Rankin, Sneyd, Thompson, Turgut, Watts, Whiting, Yeaman.

| It's a team good enough to win, I've a sneaky suspicion that Cats are going to turn up, no idea what the result is going to be. Us by plenty, them by plenty or a real nail biter.

Well it will be one of those 3 outcomes seen as that every scenario covered... lol!
No seriously though I agree, Catalans will give us a game but seen as it doesn't matter then I won't be too fussed, still lets have a good last game of the season, hope a lot of people turn up and I will see you all at the New Zealand game. Then months without this great sport............. when we will all four cups next season though it will be worth the wait!

| No excuses with the lineup we have out there today. Of the players missing only Ellis and the Binman have played well this year, and a couple of decent players out is par the course in a contact sport.

| Sums up our season that, better side, but missed goals and individual soft errors cost us again.
One position for me is Logan, set up 5 try's (one disallowed) and looked so dangerous. Has to be starting centre next year.

| And so our season ends in typical fashion another loss to a team that has only won once away until today that is and I don't want to hear that boll0cks of nothing to play for. What about pride and to reward the fans?
Sneyd again disappointed once more.
So glad it's all now over and we don't have to endure this torturous season any longer.
I've bought a pass for next season based on signings made and loyalty still to Pearson but still no faith in the coach which has only been compounded by today's showing.

| Dismal in the main. More like an end of season friendly than a league game.
Another mediocre season with the occasional highlight. That it was some improvement over last year is mainly down to 2014 being terrible.
Doubts remain over the coach and the half backs. It's like Groundhog Day spread over a season.

logan will probably be transported to australia for missing a tackle or something.
Absolute dog performance today. Summed up our season in 80 minutes

Is that because we lost, or only scored 6 tries, or maybe you trod in some on the way home?

| Why did we play Whiting and Thompson? Both were clearly and understandably not match fit , same as Pryce last week , and they effectively replaced youngsters who'd been doing ok. With the signings made these two will only feature as back up next year and there are no more games this season so what is the point? Surely we should have played the youngsters especially as the u 19's season is finished. Even if they turn in poor performances at least you're learning for the future , what will we learn from playing Whiting? Losing with kids in the side is more defensible as well. We needed to start with energy today , Cats drop off after about 20 minutes generally when playing away unless they're allowed to play. The selection is baffling.
And why with a couple of minutes to play did Houghton kick backwards to touch and waste vital seconds when we got a penalty? He's our captain FFS , he wasted as much time as Henderson did in those final minutes. Just dumb , dumber and even more dumb squared.

| Dominated the stats again and lost, how many times have we said that, for once though we scored enough trys but were let down by poor errors, early soft goal line defence and goal kicks.
Strangely it looks like they didn't even use two of their subs.
