I can see it being the lowest regular season derby crowd since Rovers were promoted. A shade under 19,000 last Good Friday. Probably nearer 18,000 this time round.

two teams in poor form, with coaches (and players) bull5hitting the fans, and it's on Sky, 18,000 is optimistic IMHO.

I can see there being less than 17000. Both teams struggling and too many Derby's a season. Don't think West Upper will be opened. There was only a couple of hundred in it last year

A lot depends on this weekends results, big wins for both sides and suddenly a lot of fans start thinking both clubs are Top4 material!

the economic situation means we won't see the 20K+ gates we saw before. But 18K will still look good for the cameras if we keep the Upper West shut.

Just been for a pint in Red Hawk, Brough (Great scrum half we let slip through) and a bunch of flyers for the game and ticket info about the double.

Rovers still have North Stand tickets on sale. Unheard of i think with less than a week to go before the game. If both sides have positive results this weekend then there may be a late surge of sales but i cant see the capacity being troubled. I think 17/18k will be about right. Still a good crowd for a couple of lower mid table sides!

If its true that Rovers have North stand tickets left, than it sounds like sales in the home ends are up on last year? I suppose our injury crisis last year put a few people off.

Too many Derby games throughout the season. Should be two. But we have 4 with the chance of 5/6 depending on CC and play offs.
