Don't want to harp on here but I watched the incident again last night. You can clearly hear Smith shout "Ryan" 4 times before Bailey then comes right up to Smith and tries to get past him to get nearer Radford. This is only what we can hear as viewers (may have been more) and between the 3rd and 4th "Ryan" he attempts to headbutt Long!

So as this is the most obvious case in memory where a yellow should be shown as it's total disregard for the official, has Smith been reprimanded by the RFL for so obviously failing in his duty?

He's totally incompetent. He has no consistency (see the Tickle incident and then the one that happened last week), he has no judgement skills (see him deciding that an attempted head butt isn't worthy of a yellow), he's biased (see the Leeds players getting him to go to the screen but he didn't with the Hull players against Warrington).. in fact judging by his decision in the Saints v Crusaders game I don't think he has any vision at all.

Totally incompetent as I said and a huge mistake by the RFL to allow him to ref the biggest game of the round.

Now come one do you seriously expect the RFL to show and kind of bottle or backbone? Plus it's against RFL regulations to penalise, fine or ban any Leeds players.

Nothing to do with his touch judge standing by the corner post meaning he was uncertain whether it was a try or not.

Dont let the facts get in the way of your anti-Leeds ramblings though.
