Thought the young lad did vey well tonight on debut. Solid in defence and thought h was gonna get his try when chasing down Horney's kick! Hopefully if he gets more game time in weeks to come then we will get to see his skills with ball in hand as well.

Not sure what position he was playing though.

Played two I think! Thought he came on and went in at six, then when Jordan Turner got hurt he did a stint at centre.

Loose forward in his first stint and centre in his second.

I thought he couldn't have gone to 6 as he didn't get the ball!

Maybe it was two many watered down east stand beers for me then of I missed that he was 13 and not six!!

I thought he did very well, but really needs to bulk up a bit. He made just about every tackle around the legs (rightly, given his size), which resulted in a very quick play the ball for Wakey. Not a criticism of him, just an observation.

Looking at the way he lined up in the defensive pattern thats what i'd have said. Others seem to think he went to half back and Washy went to 13 but i dont see it that way.

Probably has too much flair for Agars liking. He'll soon coach that out of him.

I've grown up playing against him and I never had any worries about him playing last night, he's very confident in his own ability and I thought that showed. Didn't do all that much but looked very assured and wasn't out of place at all. As for his tackling/bulking up, I actually though he looked pretty strong. He did tackle round the legs often but he has a very good technique and I don't really remember Wakey getting any really fast play the balls on the back of his tackling.

I thought they did a few times. Like I said, that's not a criticism of him. At his size and build it was definitely the right idea to take the legs rather than going high and bouncing off.

He defended well in the hardest defensive position which is promising. Wished he got more of the ball though, to see what he could do with it but I'd have no worries about playing him in the future.
