Lets be honest here Briscoe has always been suspect in defence but that does not make him a poor player but he has never been a stopper ever. apart from one tackle or so that stands out.. I dont know the kid but have been to a few of the player / fans things and with my young son stood for the usual autographs etc and have seen a shift in his manner and aproachability that is certain... someone said on a different thread maybe he is starting to believe his own hype which may well be true...
out of the two sharpe has been by far the better winger so far and Briscoe for an international needs a rocket up his harris hole as i see it because we havent had anywhere near value for money from him yet this season or friendlies IMO

we would of scored 2 more tries on friday imo if yeamo had shifted the ball to briscoe 2 breaks were he went on his own wen he had the support brsicoe is not the problem at all he needs the ball to score tries cant do it himself

we did score after the next couple of plays after the yeaman break, so we wouldn't have got 1 you claimed we would've

it isnt a point anyone can argue with anyway its simple if yeamo passes more instead of going himself we would score more briscoe is 1 of the best finishers in the game needs the ball to do that though!!

PG spoke about trust in defence and Briscoe for me has been guilty of a lack of trust in yeaman which has left his wing wide open on a few occasions already this season.

thats very true his defense has been very suspect which is unusual tbh but no one can doubt his attacking ability and every1 knows yeamo should pass it alot more and we would go in alot more see it every week we have a man over and he tries driving it in it gets really frustrating for the fans i wonder how briscoe feels

It's interesting how a person's viewpoint affects their opinion on passages of play isn't it? There's been some criticism of Briscoe on here for his part in a couple of tries, whereas the Salford fans will be pleased with the way they made the space for them, particularly the first. Conversely, the McKinnon try looks well finished to us, but if it was the other way around I'd be pretty disappointed to see Sharp or Briscoe rounded so easily from the position in which he received the ball.

Briscoe is brilliant in attack and at times a liability in defence.
