If the coach, who supervises training & sees all the performance stats considers a young player is coasting & needs to sort his fitness out then HE IS DOING HIS JOB !! Really reassured.

AP stated a year or too back that the Hull mentality was that they had 'made it' after a handful of appearances. Unlike the Leeds/Wigan mentality of 'made it' after 100 games, couple of trophies, international callups...….

That lack of communication/awareness has to be improved, I know it's not always possible in a quicker moving game but players should be able to indicate intentions beforehand for a kick.
