Yes he has been a very good servant to the club. If my memory serves, didnt he come over to replace Tautai when Wigan pinched him. Wigans loss our gain.

We could do a lot worse on the recruiting front than bagging ourselves another Arona type of player , and just to think he’d never heard of us before he signed ,turned out a cracker

Much rather have a grafter like Arona than any of those Australian fancy fan signings that FC and wire seem to have perfected to a fine art!

Think i may be wrong but didnt he come same time as A Topou who came has the big superstar signing while tinni was unknown but tinni certainly been the star

Arona has been a real good player for us, i’d say value for money wise over 7 seasons probably one of the better overseas players we’ve had. He’s been playing very well in recent weeks as well, glad to see he’s leaving on a high. Thanks for everything Tini.

Would love for him to stay on in a coaching role myself, been a great player for us. Good luck chap in whatever you do next.

i think he could easily do a season or two in the championship if he wanted it, somewhere like Fev or York might suit him. Or if he wanted to sample the french lifestyle and stay fulltime then he'd do a good job for Toulouse next year.

Probably one of the best under the radar signings ever - another Brian Smith gem I think.
