Why can't you buy them on the website?

No idea, there are a few things you should be able to do on the website that you can’t. I’m a big fan of the current management, hell I’m almost family

but the commercial potential of that site is grossly under used imho.

Post Covid people buy online more than ever.

I want to buy two season tickets and I don’t have time to go into town.

It will now be December before I get chance. Can the club wait that long?

Just call the club shop. I live in Donny and only come to Wakefield for matches, I bought my tickets over the phone last week.

I didn’t know that but frankly it still makes no odds to me. I like to buy on line, no fuss and a paper trail. I can’t see any reason why I can pay my window cleaner on line or order a take away but can’t buy a season ticket.

It’s all about giving the customer as many options as possible, why give them an excuse not to.

It’s 2021 and Trinity is not a back street business. I wouldn’t mind but a PayPal set up is a piece of p to set up.

I knew someone would say why don't you just give the club a call? The answer is I don't like giving all my credit card details over the phone and I have no record of the transaction. If I do it online my card details are secure and I get an immediate e mail confirmation. This is what I did the last 2years. If the club is desperate for revenue and wants to get the cash in early make it as easy as possible to buy a ticket.

Spot on, I just don’t get it, this is now standard retail practice and I genuinely feel we are losing sales. Impulse plays a part and once you’re put off that tends to be it.

It’s 2021 with the pandemic many people have moved away from face to face transactions preferring to purchase items online. This is usually more secure than phoning and giving your details, you are just asking for trouble. I know systems can be hacked but it is usually harder than an error however unintentional by whoever is handling your details.
I may be wrong but couldn’t individual match tickets be purchased online.

Major mistake and missed opportunity if you can't buy on line at the moment.

That’s not good, and especially at the same time as the shortfalls being announced.

At this point of the year, it’s a major part of a clubs revenue stream

You have bee in able to buy individual match tickets online and print at home for several years. Last year tou could buy a season ticket online and havie it posted to you

Got my concession platinum last week, now awaiting the shirt launch later this month.

Oh dear! If that's the case I might wait for the away launch. I like to see a splash of colour (RW&B of course).

I put my name down for the home this time round as I think it's due to be something a bit different. I did the same earlier this year but bought the lovely light blue away as well when it came out and the home has been in the wardrobe unworn since. It will be probably the 1st trin shirt that goes into the archive (bag in the loft) as new.
