| Yesterday I saw padding on Washy's back.
We know Raliegh is just returning.
Kirmo is just back.
Lautiti is being used sparingly.
T Smith has a leg injury.
We also have Mathers out and Poore suspended.
So whilst I have some sympathy for the players playing injured it does seem that we are not using all our available players (for whatever reason) and that our squad is scarily thin (nothing we don't know, but it highlights it).
Does anyone know if anyone else in playing injured? I am guessing we won't see any of these this week!

| Poore will be back and will play as will Raleigh. I expect given the opposition Raleigh will play longer mins then he has been doing to try and up his fitness levels

| I certainly wonder why we are not making more of Ali,Raleigh certainly dont look back to fitness. At least this weekend gives the chance to rest some players and give others some game time.As fans most of us were happy with how Cowling played against Saints last season. If Agar wants to see more of him now is the perfect chance to have another look and see how he fits in with the patterns of play as goes for any young player. No disrespect to Hemel but it should be a big score no matter what squad members he plays

| Collis had a leg strapped up and didn't look to be running as confidently as usual; a couple of times he had the outside of his opposite number, but didn't put the hammer down.

I don't always assume strapping means an injury these days, more a fashion statement sometimes - but you may be right.

| We are certainly carrying a few injuries, I think its the first time I've seen Collis with strapping on this year too which would suggest some sort of twinge
With players playing with knocks, particularly in the forwards it begs the questions why are we not seeing Mariano play?

| Kirmond is definitely still feeling the effects of his injury, he just isn’t as explosive as he was last year and earlier in the season, Raleigh is still labouring compared to his usual level of performance. Washbrook has been practically anonymous this season, well to me anyway, I don’t think Smith has been fully fit this season either. It all adds up and could explain the awful (lazy) defence, although the sqaud were pretty lucky last year with injuries and the defence was still poor.

| Gotta rest players carrying the knocks for this weekend where possible.
Collis - Cowling
t smith - wood
Kirmond - Mariano
Washbrook - aiton
aiton - wilde
Bring in another youngster on the bench Walshaw?
Apart from that give all the others a run out and work on defense. I'd also switch back line around putting lee smith in at s/o and move lyne to wing putting ben cockayne at full bacck with sykes in at centre.

I think that's the nature of Washy's game to be honest. I found myself thinking vs Wire that I hadn't noticed him in a few games, so I purposefully looked for him and the amount of work he gets through is unreal.
