Adrian Lam has selected his 19-man squad to travel to the capital to face London Broncos at the Trailfinders Sports Club this Sunday, K.O. 3pm.
The Warriors face the newly promoted side who Adrian Lam believes are good for the competition.
Speaking earlier this week the Head Coach said, “It’s great that London are back in the Super League, it’s great for Rugby League in this country.”
In injury news, Wigan’s Joe Greenwood and Gabe Hamlin miss out due to concussions sustained in last week’s game against Hull FC. Prop forward Ben Flower is rested.
Dom Manfredi, who Adrian Lam explained was close to returning to action last week will not feature in part due to London’s artificial surface.
Winger Joe Burgess continues his recovery from a knee injury (ACL) which has kept him out of action since April 2018

London are quite a small team so thing we can get any with Powell as a ball playing 13.
I think that TT will play as I just cannot see Lam playing 3 rookies in Paisley,Bryne & Partington plus Bullock.
London at +18 looks a real good bet.
I just shake my head at Powell being 13 as he will add zero to that position but to be fair there is no one else in the squad of 36 who can probably play a 13 role.

I’m hoping that this is just a old era to new era adjustment period. I listened in to Radio London and we sounded pretty poor.
We can still have a positive outlook though. Warrington last season had a poor start and made two finals, I appreciate they won neither but they were still there or thereabouts. I’d expect us to be up there at seasons end also. Certainly no panic from me, nor should there be from anyone else either at this stage of the season

Have you got your tinted glasses on we are utter garbage looking at that starting line up we should have walked it , can see Huddersfield getting there first two points next week. |
