Its a joke creation anyway, and can only have a negative impact from our point of view in motivating the team we pick - IMO we should negate this and show the whole thing up as the mockary it is by making it a non event and just say now we will pick the lowest placed team full stop!

I'll imagine it'll either be a week on Monday or after the Wire v Hull/Hudds match on Saturday.

I just ask this, because in hindsight, its pretty obvious that last year we should have chosen yourselves over Leeds, as it was apparent that you had run out of juice and that Leeds were on a bit of a roll.

However, fear of appearing arrogant probably influenced, and will probably always influence, us or any side taking the gamble of picking a higher placed side.

Erroneous thinking, surely??..... Looking back at last year, Saints had the easier semi final, whilst Leeds had a real, high intensity ding-dong with us at the HJ, yet it was Leeds who looked the fresher a week later.

I'm with most people in that the clubcall is a ridiculous notion and should just be top ranking side versus lowest ranking side.....Trying to over analyse all the possible eventualities is just silly, and to be fair, is just Sky trying to create some false drama when it isn't actually there.

Wire will be at Trailer Park unless the wheels really come off the Year of the Wolfs bandwagon again, if they lose next week they'll never hear the end of it I suspect...

The biggest worry Wire fans will have is that the extra game results in more injury problems.

Wigan's tendency to bottle it when they face Wire is even bigger than our tendency to bottle the playoffs so there is no way Wigan would dare choose us, they will take their chances with Leeds who might bite them on the ass as we know this year, and they know in the Challenge Cup this year

When is the Clubcall taking place on Sunday ?

If Hull play as well as they did last night and Wire play like they did against it will still be a Wire victory. Hull need to improve defence by 100% and be 1, 000, 000% more better in attack to get anywhere near the Wolfs. Looking at the Hull board they are over the moon that they are in the second round of the play offs. Can only see a Wolfs victory.

Catalans v Leeds is another matter, I really want Cats to win but think Leeds will fluke it.

If we play like we did the other night and Wire play well, Wire will win. Dont delde yourself however that you just have to turn up, Hull will go there and really take it to you and if Wire aren't on top form they will get rolled. I still have doubts about the willingness of some of Wires forwards to get into a real trenches battle in a big game.

Cant see Tickle playing, he played last 20 mins against Cas other week and had a bit of reaction to the injury, personally dont think he will be back this season, Moa not match fit, maybe an outside chance if we beat wire. Nice to see everyone is writing us off, imo we have nothing to prove and can go out there and play and not worry! Shock victory do/can/will happen
