Rochdale fans expect a victory over us Southern Softies on Sunday. Their reasoning being that we have guaranteed our top four position and therefore we have nothing to play for.
As we know, we are not playing our best at the moment and need to turn things up a notch or two for The Middle 8s. Anyhow, second place which is where we need to be, is still not secure.
Bring it on.
Also remembering that former Fulham players will be attending through the LBSA.

There recent form is not great, they were not that far ahead of Swinton in there last outing, they lost to the rams who are below us, by rights they should be easy pickings for them.But we all know, no game is easy, and our form although we are winning is not as it should be. Since the excitement of beating Toulouse away we have dipped, the fact we have secured a top four spot the celebrations of that could do the same.
Hendo needs to make sure the boys don't have a "hangover" from the top four and realise the job is not done yet. This is where we see he quality of a coach.

At our place they tried to rough us up. All to no avail. Despite them leading at half time, we ran in twenty odd unanswered points in the second half.

Yes, Rochdale have a, um, rather physical approach to the game this season which needs watching.

Can't see Ogden playing, he's been named in the U-19's side.

I cannot see Ogden playing, however just being in and around the first team will be good for him. Either Lewis of Junior to miss out for me.

Junior playing well so I would keep him in, pointer Beinek? Although I heard DH being critical of Battye at the Sheffield game, so.......

Pointer is out for a couple of weeks, spoke to him briefly at the last home game.

I have to thank Rochdale Hornets for their hospitality on Sunday. We had a really good day which included a trip to their Heritage centre, which was really interesting.
I would also like to thank the Fulham players who attended and also Gary Welland for bringing along his Dads Oscar.

We had 3 Hall of Famers - Reg Bowden, Tony Gourley and Hussain M’Barki. Reg and Tony also Origin players, along with Ian MacCorquodale and Dave Allen. Also Brett Garside, Joe Doherty, Trevor Stockley, John Crossley and Chris Ganley. Not to mention Christy and Oscar!! I'm sure we'll be doing these events again, and a big thank you to members who supported the event, and the Green Polos and Summer Draw that cover the costs for the players..
