Quite surprised by that, I genuinely thought 'Fax would go in as a favourites.

I back Ellis try anytime in every game he plays, sometimes get as long as 5/2. Easy money.

Genunely surprised by that point of view Matt. When they beat us at our place everything went their way not least the fact that there was great uncertainty off the field which no doubt effected our lads performance that night.

I honestly think we will win quite comfortably.

Although we tonked them at their place, they're the only side to make us look 'human' this season and they did superbly to comfortably win at Barrow with 12 men.

Well I only listened to the Barrow Fax game and all I could hear the commentators saying was Barrow made this error or that error. On the same commentary one Fax player kept getting mentioned ie Penky. Stop him stop Fax in my view.

Having said that it was a good effort by Fax particularly with 12 men all second half.

Weather forcast wet and blustery for Sunday which I think will suit us better than them. Whatever I believe we have the best side in the Championship this season.

That is biased on one of the most biased commentary teams around though Frank! 'Fax controlled the game, even with 10 men, but that's not to say they haven't got weaknesses.

Suppose the form guide would even things out a little, but apart from against us they haven't exactly set the world on fire.

If everything clicks they could well turn us over, but if I was a betting man I would back Leigh @-8

League table means nowt when compared to current form, and even less so in a cup final. Would still expect 'Fax to finish in the top five at the very least.

I be having a little lay off on the 80 minute draw and a fax win @ 7/4 in 80 minutes. All due to having already taken the plunge on Leigh @ 12/1 & 10/1.

What do the regular gamblers think the best lay off is? Whilst I type this im thinking the Fax +8 might be good as it leaves the possibilty of winning twice?

I`ve got us @ 10s and Fax @7s............So either way it`s a a monetary gain but obviously I want the former.

In theory you should stuff us, league position and hammering Batley last weeks supports the theory.

If you do stuff us I won't be surprised..

But I expected a hammering against Fev at the GF and we won so who knows, perhaps the physcological adavantage of smashing you in your backyard is enough to give us the momentum, lets see, cant wait!

well if you look at the season we have to be favourites, like frankb says the fax game at home came at a very uncertain time for us, i have every faith in our boys and our coaching staff. stop penky and you stop fax, well just get one of our forwards to stand on his broken toe
