Dave Armistead was missing on Sunday, I think hes been a relevation this season, is he injured?

Have to say when i found out i was some what surprised that Millward had selected Nash in place of armistead, he's been very good this season Army imo

Master stroke, will just give Army that edge in the coming weeks. Also a gentle reminder to the rest that nobodys position is safe. Just think to come back into that pack that destroyed Widnes; Army, Emmitt, Mitchell and McCarthy!!

Seeing that we wont have 3 of the duals for the play offs would it not be best to stick with what we have instead of breaking up what was last week a very good side ,i know finishing 2nd is better for us but even the duals can't guarantee that or does Ian have to play them if they are available .

i disagree about armistead, he plays like a union forward because he always seems to turn his back on impact and because of this his off-loads dont normally add up to much.

he's had some great games, compared to last season you can see the improvement in his game. maybe millward decided to drop him as he did nannyn, i wasnt happy about nannyn being dropped but sunday he looked much better and his kicking was awesome

No the Duals don't HAVE to be played but I suppose if he (Basil) feels they add more to the team then I suppose getting as high up in the table as possible is the main target? or am I thinking too simplistic?

I dont think Army was actually 'dropped' maybe Basil just though playing others in that game was a better option, todays game is more of a squad game than at any other time IMO.

Yes it is best to finish 2nd there's know doubt about that and i'm sure Ian will do whats best for the club .
