There was also a late hit on Clark which both referee and linesmen missed and resulted in him having to go off and not to return when we were attacking their line. Not heard anything more about the injury Clark suffered.

Clark was apparently straight down the tunnel and didn't reappear. The radio commentary was fairly vexed about the challenge on Hill, and about another similar challenge on another player (probably Clark but I forget).

Clark was sat on the bench towards the end and ran up and down the touchline but didn't come back on. He was limping a bit.

The one on Clark was by Manuokafoa (I think)and it was very late and nasty.. He tried to get back into the line and defend ,when we got the ball back he collapsed in pain.

I thought Westwood was lucky to stay on the field after his late hit on mellor, it was late, and it was very high.

I get really narked at this 3rd man Wigan gang tackle.

Not seen many players taken to task over it though, or their coaches.....

I've been banging on about that since Michael Maguire first weaved his web of evil over here. It's really dangerous and it's being coached at Wigan and every other club that receives players or staff from there, spreading like a virus.

It's so easy to eradicate as well, just ban anything other than a grab around the legs if the upper body is held. Harrison Hansen, Liam Farrell and Bateman in particular would have to retire as they don't really do anything else.

And our only injury worry for this weekend is... Daryl Clark.

It was a naughty off the ball hit that seems to have just been completely missed, same as a couple of three man tackles that Widnes attempted.

Attempted or completed, they should be punished.
