I can't think of anyone sensible reason to sign Mellor other than as part of some cruel practical joke to get our own back for the 2 derby debacles or to get his Dad back to do the announcements. Certainly he wouldn't get it our team to play professional rugby league.

Getting his dad back to be the matchday announcer would be excellent.

Ocker, John bevan and Sean Mellor have probably the best club signings Warrington have ever made.

His promotional posters featuring the 3-eyed fish for a game against Widnes were hilarious.
