5.11 Club Trained Allowance Dispensation:-
New for 2016
For each club-trained Player (Qualification -3 years with club while eligible for u21s) who plays 10 or more games in SL (with any club) or the NRL,
that club that trained that player gets an extra £5k on the cap, the next year. Up to a limit of 100K

What about Jordan Turner?

It's a good idea because it gives clubs an incentive to play their youngsters and even rewards you for youngsters developed who choose to move on.

Would myler count?

Myler , no. Only spent 2 seasons with us . needs to be at least 3 whilst of qualifying age to play for U21's.

Bit unfair then. The bigger clubs tend to poach the smaller clubs players, the rfl should give us a percentage if his time with us.
