He certainly carried the ball with some tenacity.He had strapping around one knee - as did Shannen - so when he left the field I thought he may have been injured.I was wrong.He returned later.

Tommy Lee had another solid game for us. He's one of those players who usually goes under the radar but this season I reckon he could be the lynchpin.

Agreed, I was a bit sceptical when we signed Tommy but I've been nothing but impressed so far.

Looking at the stats, 25 tackles by Tim Smith
who we are repeatedly being told by the media, is not a good defender!

I was impressed vs Leigh when Smith ran from mid-field to chase down one of their players that had made a break on the wing. Smith has shown nothing but 100% commitment for me so far, can't fault the guy.
