I usually get a lift and back to the games but I can't tonight so it looks like I'll have to get the bus. I live in Little Hulton so will I have to get the Salford match day bus back to Trafford Centre then get a bus in to Manchester then one from Manchester to Little Hulton, or is there an easier route?

Think the 68 leaves the traf centre at 10.10pm so could be a bit tight. Would probably be better if you can get the willows matchday bus to drop you off in eccles then get the 68 from there.

You could get the bus to the Height, walk down Claremont Road,get the shuttle bus from the Willows to the stadium and reverse the journey to get home.

If you walk quick you can catch the 68 as it crosses Liverpool St near the canal. It's been done.

I did it but then again, I'm a sub 42 minute 10km runner. Probably best to get the shuttle bus if unfit.

Ended up getting the bus to the Trafford Centre and waited for the bus to the ground from 7 till ten to 8 and it never turned up so I missed the game, that won't be me going on the bus again! Also was with 5 new fans who wasn't happy about it and they was enjoying coming to the match, and there was at least 10 Leeds fans who came down and had to go back home missing the match because the match bus never came.

In all seriousness where do us visitors park, and is it easy to get into & out of the ground.

That's not good, would've thought the transport infastructure would be first class in and around Manc/Salford, it needs sorting or you could end up with very low attendances.

I know it sounds silly,but if there where 6 of us coming from little hulton we would have booked a mini bus from our local taxi firm to get us there. Who knows it might of been cheaper to?

where did you wait for the bus? it runs from the car park at the opposite end to the bus station at the trafford centre,

Great access to ground(although steward was asleep so we went in wrong carpark at first) parked close to ground and straight in FANTASTIC. Untill you come out, Be prepared to watch your car erode in the sands of time while you sit in it, whilst you watch cars drive by on the motorway you want to be on breeze by.
