What's this pool business all about?

They always do that. Basically they seperate the Conference amateur clubs from the Universities/Armed Forces in Round 1.

Well actually they introduced it last year, but that's the reason give or take (NCL and BARLA sides in one pool; RLC, armed forces, student and now police in the other)

I'll be there for the Blackwood Bulldogs - Edge Hill Uni match.

Should be decent.

How good are thornhill trojans? (not up on the amatuer scene much these days), think i will go and see lock lane play them.

I may go down to that for a look

Just come down from premier league, not had the best of starts in division 1. Should be pretty evenly matched with Lane being one of the top teams in div2. Normy play em at home in national cup which is before the challenge cup fixture, get down to the graveyard and take a look at em.
