I see that Mark Calderwood has just signed for Workington. Does anybody think he would have been worth a shot?

I personally don't think he is any worse than what have already, providing he could stay injury free.

Im not Calderwoods biggest fan but during his spell at the KC he never gave less than 100% and totally out enthused most of his team-mates unfortunantly his body let him down and the injuries occured too frequently. I think time has beaten him and would expect all SL clubs to steer clear of him.

I think that's the main problem. We don't need another winger who can score try's but struggles to defend.

He played in cup final at dewsbury and looked totally disinterested, he got smashed every time he touched the ball to everyones amusement..the only player from all 6 teams that day to go down with cramp..played stand off but just walked the other side of the pitch 95% of the time.

He wont do owt at workington and deffo not super league standard anymore..he wouldnt even get in queens` team.

Ha ha, could you imagine him on one wing and Kevin Penny on the other! Quality.

It'd take something special to stop them when they'd broken the first line!!!
