It may be a decent Swinton team, but its still Super League against Championship 2 there is always going to be a big difference,
especially with Warrington's flexi salary cap

Pathetic is what i would say,But when the govening body has deliberatly dumbed down the rest of the sport over the last 16 years in an attempt to build up SLE, what can you really expect.?

The crowds where not much better when it was Freebies. The gulf in class between the top of Super League and the top of Championship 1 is massive you Just have to compare each teams playing budgets I bet they is a huge difference and when you consider the amount of points Warrington have ran in against some super League clubs this season its hardly a surprise.

Makes you wonder why Wire played a team full of internationals etc against a CH1 team. This type of score was always on the cards and does nothing for the sport. People might look at that score and think WOW... I am dismayed by it personally.

I just hope that swinton didn't pick up any injuries. They are unbeaten in championship 1 but taking a beating from a massive, full time team packed with internationals is a quick way to lose a lot of players. Hope it doesn't affect their league form too much. Never nice to see teams get beaten by such a large margin.

Its sport and its called being ultra professional. We could have had a ton in games over the last few years in the CC but we have not been ruthless enough.

No, not really. I'm all for watching a good contest. Anyone who's ever played the game will tell you what it feels like to smash somebody fair & square when they're in full flight. I dare bet that a big hit will draw the gasps from the crowd better than a soft try.

It is slightly different as we were in the same league. I wouldn't mind us smashing anyone in our league but there is 2 divisions between the clubs. A club full of internationals against part time players is always going to conjure up this type of result. I know Wire were being professional that is to be admired but I just didn't see the point of it that scoreline does nothing for the game. Plus I am probably biased as I have a friend who plays for Swinton and speaking to him he felt the same.

Because its completely boring. Give me a close low scoring game with solid defences anyday.
