Seems as if everyone brings there A game down to the View at minute, all credit to Haresfinch yesterday, they ran hard, and threw the ball around very well, and maybe deserved more than what they got out of what was a bruisin game, I for one felt that all I did was tackle all day, which may tell the story of the game. A few of the Haresfinch lads saying after the game that was the best performance they had turned in all season, so im happy to come away with the 2 points. Every week I fancy someone different to take on Div 3 next year.

Credit were credit is due, Haresfinch look a decent outift and have improved allot since we played them in September.....thought 10 & 13 made the biggest impact for them yesterday, well done.

Lots of credit to Higgy, good effort with the situation you were in and Ulverston very relieved when that game ended!

I expect it to be a total different game at your place, bring it on!

can veiw go unbeaten all season been having some close scoring games lately can they hold out !!!!!!!!!

The way we are looking at it is get your league won then think about going unbeaten, why add more pressure on to yourself by shouting your mouth off saying you will stay unbeaten because your opponents will be more bothered to beat it so you have to face the challenge of them each week.

ye i am a higgy lad i was on about unbeaten in the league!! as cup comps are a bounes if you do well league is everyones bread and butter and show how good you are week in week out.

All we know is we have to win our next at higginshaw and that will put us 2 points closer to what we all want to achieve....we are grateful for the free week this week!

We have had a tough run of fixtures, and I'm sure a few have been stood in grow bags since we played them first time around!!....so its great week for sdome lads to get the knocks right and for us to go to higgy with no excuses...hopefully Leyland can do us a favour at weekend, but we are goin in as if Irlam have the points in the bag, that we can only concentrate on what we have to do.

....But there are no easy games in division 3 this, and in my opinion it will be the most competative league in NWC next year if the current positions reflect promotions and relegations, out of all the league our points for is the lowest out of all all 6 leagues for a top placed side....which may indicate we are rubbish in attack (but I'm sure there a few including myself will disagree), or that its been one hell of a tough league.

How do people think it will end up

Looking at those fixtures I would say Leyland should get 3rd and Ulverston probably finish 4th. Been a great league this season with pretty much everyone capable of beating anyone else, although Spring View seem to have run away with it they have had plenty of close games.
On a personal note it's been a great season for us at Hindpool. We have our best points total since entering NWC and have fielded 17 players every game in both the 1st and A teams when last year we had to fold our A team and travelled with 12/13/14 players

Them fixtures couldn't have fallen any better for a good run in!

Some big games this weekend we at higgy need the 2 points against ulv and hope lang slip up its getting squicky bum time at the bottom off the table.

Langworthy and Higginshaw will both be in division 3 next season as Golbourne dropped out remember so only 1 will go down.

it will be chaos working out the divisions for next year with possible teams coming in from NCL, some teams going to summer, plenty of drop outs this year already, etc. - i wouldnt pay any attention to where people are now ending up.
