| haha heard it all now, ur mixing me up with the other prop who cant fart without permission.
if there's any game that goes ahead this weekend its us v wildboar, were itching to play after being let down last few weeks by the weather.
still looking for my first try too, be great to get it in this game as times running out and our forfeit for not scoring is the naked lap on presentation evening. no way i wanna do that. i have a small jammy!!!
came to watch wildboar v rylands, impressed with ur fullback he had a great game and danny the elbow did some great drives that i was impressed with. your discipline won u that game (i wont mention the double movement on the last try though

| It looks well when our front row can smash through anyone, out stregnthen most players, they will take on 18-20st lads each week, yet theyre both completely and utterly pussy whipped by a pair of 10stone women!!!!!!!!
Have you seen the forecast for Friday and Saturday?
Saturday, Mist & Snow, Max is -3, minimum is -7! The game wont be on

| Was a hard game never trained for a few weeks and never played for about 5 week so that never helped. Funny how you said discipline won it for us considering last time we played rylands we had something like 5 of us sinbinned at the same time, anyway showed we have turned that side of our game around.
Certaintly dosent look like we will be playing, what happend to your game last saturday? get points or it get postponed?

| Happy new year Division 5ers!
How's everyone looking for tomorrow? Despite having no snow forecast all week we've had a heavy downpour this morning (still coming down now), but temps are supposed to rise a little so we're hoping it'll shift.
Going for all home wins this week. Chorley are a big set but we're hoping to get back to winning ways, not sure if Bolton will have a team(?) to travel, Rylands probably just too much for an improved Newton, Wild Boars/Eccleston should be a tasty derby - a tough one but Wild Boars have looked good all year, I'll go with Westhoughton with them being at home, and Cuthberts/Bulldogs will be another tasty derby, Cuthberts should probably take it.
Bury Broncos vs Chorley Panthers
Crosfields vs Bolton Mets
Rylands Sharks A vs Newton Storm
St Helens Wild Boars vs Eccleston Lions
Westhoughton Lions vs Widnes Tigers
Wigan St Cuthbert's A vs Wigan Bulldogs

| Agree with all those predictions, except the Rylands - Newton one of course
The boys are well up for tommorrow, just hope this snow b*ggers off. In warrington its stuck to grassy areas so expect it to be called off unless we get some heat / rain!!

| Westhoughton V Widnes Tigers OFF
due to the pitch, although I was in Bolton half an hour ago and there is not a drop of snow on the ground and it is soft
Nor would the Tigers get beat by Westhoughton. Terrible Predictions.

| You'd think teams would be well up for a game, we offered westhoughton the chance to play the game at ours over xmas as theyd called it off, they refused saying they didnt want to give home advantage away, i personally am not d if its home or away just wanna flamin play.
if our game against Rylands is called off tomorrow, i'l go insane, cant have another saturday in with the mrs n kids.

| Rylands 22-18 Newton Storm
we well and truly blew it today. 14-0 up and coasting until we started dicking about
throwing the ball around, fair play to Rylands who's forwards did very well but everyone at storm very dissapointed.
should have won but didnt, ref had a good game and although some nasty tackles tempers were kept under control too.
to top it all off i had a game and am now home feeling sorry for myself
chorleys result looks a good one, interesting to read the report.

Bugger off.
Chorley came down with what looked like quite a few youngsters and in a tight game early on, ran our marker defence ragged for a spell in the first half. Our biggest lads (6'9" and 6'8"icon_wink.gif had a nightmare with the small nippy lads running round them, and while Chorley only made a couple of breaks they converted them all nicely to go 18-0 up at half time. No training or games for 7 weeks really told: mistake after mistake, dropped ball, lack of cohesion and communication cost us dear.
Honest appraisal - we were better with the ball in hand but couldn't complete sets for toffee and our defence went from awesome to horrible at times. Chorley were a smaller side today but tackled well, in fact they played a very good game and played the conditions better than we did.
Think it finished 8-22 or something.

They lost 60-0 to Crosfields according to the Bolton Evening News.
So what we reckon this week? The forecast is heavy rain till the end of the week so some pitches could suffer...but anyway:
Bolton Mets vs Bury Broncos - I'll obviously be backing us to win!
Eccleston Lions vs Newton Storm - think Eccleston will be too strong at home, though Newton are improved.
Westhoughton Lions vs Chorley Panthers - Westhoughton probably have enough at home to beat Chorley.
Widnes Tigers vs St Helens Wild Boars - Wild Boars continue to impress though could be a close one.
Wigan Bulldogs vs Crosfields - if Crosfields have a strong side out they should pip Bulldogs.
Wigan St Cuthbert's A vs Rylands Sharks A - close one here, depends on which teams they put out but I'll go with Wigan being at home.

| Bolton Mets vs Bury Broncos - home advantage just
Eccleston Lions vs Newton Storm - Newton to win, me to score
Westhoughton Lions vs Chorley Panthers - suprise Chorley win.
Widnes Tigers vs St Helens Wild Boars - Widnes tigers will win, Sargey brace
Wigan Bulldogs vs Crosfields - if 60-0 last week is true Crosfields to win again.
Wigan St Cuthbert's A vs Rylands Sharks A - Rylands just know how to win

| Bolton Mets 4 - 44 Bury Broncos
Good win for us today. To be fair, Bolton were short on numbers and had some young lads playing, but never stopped trying to the death - their only try was the last play of the game - gutted it wasn't a shutout!! But we did play very well today after last week's shocking performance: defence was awesome and handling was superb given the conditions, and stuck to the game plan.
Other results:
Eccleston Lions 28 - 8 Newton Storm
Westhoughton Lions P - P Chorley Panthers
Widnes Tigers 20 - 34 St Helens Wild Boars
Wigan Bulldogs 14 - 6 Crosfields
Wigan St Cuthbert’s A 16 - 24 Rylands Sharks A
