I wouldn't be surprised. His end of season form was very poor imo

I would prefer Briscoe to wellens but from what i have sen of fox he looks like a defensive liability who will be ripped to pieces by Australia and NZ.

Agree with the Fox bit but after this season if he is to pick Wellens over Briscoe he will have every RL fan on his back on that decision, even the Saints fan. Wellens is gash.

Shows the poor state of the British "talent". Neither wellens or briscoe would be within a country mile of an aussie cap if they were eligible. They'd both probably struggle to get a starting spot in any team in the NRL

I won't be gloating. I like biscoe but doubt smith will go with him ahead of wellens. That said, I don't think either are good enough at international level
