You sound like one of his believers , nothing was sorted, an extradition request was turned down in October of this year because the warrant issued by the Spanish authorities did not meet the strict terms of the extradition treaty. He is still wanted for trial.

I'm more than a bit suspicious. I didnt think that Neil Hudgell would do business with him prior to today and the pantomine on twitter has re-inforced my view.
I dont mind him wearing a mankini or swearing in public but making statements on a social networking site before the Club have put out any statement smacks of a serious lack of business etiquette.
It staggers me to be honest that people are so readily willing to accept him into the fold without really knowing where he has been all these years, where/how he has made his money and what his current legal position is.

I dont think that it is a bogus account. He may well have made a legitimate fortune and be free of any potential legal issues that he may have faced. If so great. It would have sat a lot more comfortable with me though if he had allowed our Board to work through any issues and then make their own statement. At best he is impatiant and at worst he is now trying to use the fans to gain publicity and thus force the issue with the Board.

Sorry, was just reading what gingerspice put earlier. But nonetheless there are comments in the link about action pending in the summer. So presumably the High Court resolution/settlement he references on Twitter is very recent? As mentioned, you'd imagine the HDM will confirm this position post-validation when the deal is announced.

I have not read the whole thread here but followed it on your other forum. If I was a Rovers fan I would be a bit nervous, it reminds me of my thoughts when Tim Wilby took over Hull FC and we didn't have google search then to tell us all the dodgy things he had been involved in.
