You have added an aged forward to your team who was held in high esteem by the fans because he stayed at a club who consistently finished bottom, or theabouts, in their own league. You have bought a one season wonder prop who has had two injury plagued season's and believe these additions can match other well established packs who have already proved themselves in super league and have had the opportunity to gell as a team.

A big pack isn't the be all and end all as far as I know. I reckon most NL teams had 'bigger' packs than us last year and that never seemed to matter. I'm sure we had the best 2nd row in SL last year and still have it.

FC are hyping up the tongans as being something special although they had them for the tailend of last season and I'm sure they still lost more than they won, as has been said the force that was o'meley and fitzgibbon still managed to win the wooden spoon. Suppose there's still Radford...

o'meley played for nsw in 2001 (2 games),2002 (1 game), 2004 (3 games), and 2006 (3 games) and australia in 2004, 2005 and 2006. he also won the nrl grand final with the bulldogs in 2004.
last season he played 11 games the year before 24.

I PREFER TO SCUTTLE ABOUT IN THE CAB THROUGH THE STREETS OF EAST HULL, OCCASIONALLY GET AN INFIDEL BLACK AND WHITE IN THE CAB TO TRY AND CONVERT. EAST HULL IS THE OASIS IN A BLEAK WORLD AND NEIL IS THE MESSIAH.

Our squad made the top 4 last season and therefore didn't need updating, yours on the other hand....

That’s not how it works, last season our squad was good enough for a play-off finish and thanks to some great performances we made it into the top 4, so next seasons aim is to again make the play-offs and finish as high as possible. A bad season would be to finish outside of the top 8 as you did last season…

Taylor has more potential than Esders. For all Gene's cult status, I'd be disappointed if Cook doesn't offer more in 2010 than Gene did in 2009. Ratu's arrival will mean Walker, when fit, will add further depth to an already strong back row and Hodgson gives us another out and out hooker.

Vella, Fisher, Clinton, Newton, Galea and Murrell is a decent starting pack.
Wheeldon, Lovegrove, Netherton, Mills and Watts offer plenty of options and cover at prop and Cook-Taylor-Walker is a promising looking second back row.
