| panthers 74-6 thunder
sensational win, even if we took our foot off the gas a bit in the second half, completely out-muscled out enthused and out played thunder, dominating everything in the match, their score the only major blemish.
It looked ominous when we went 14-0 up in 6mins and it certainly showed, with every time we had the ball we looked like scoring which certainly makes a change. 14 tries but missed 5 kicks.
scorers were: ainscough 2, clough, munroe 2, ballard 2, Keaveny 3, Haggerty, Hemmingway, Leather, Forber. Hemmingway 9/14 kicks. attendance bout 250-300.
team was
Leather
Munroe
ainscough
mcully
Woodcock
Forber
Hemmingway
Hobson
Keaveny
Fairhurst
Boland
Alcock (not sure on this one)
Haggerty
Clough
Ratcliffe
Ballard
Anderson
my top 3: Hobson- A real enforcer which we have been missing, dangerous in attack, made half a dozen breaks plus when we were called upon to defend he was dominating in the tackle
Hemmingway- we have a real class act in this one, created and dictated play all game and ripped thunder to shreds.
Keaveney- very elusive in attack, finished his tries well all of which took some scoring, support lay strong and punched well above his weight in defence.

| Tried to find the score on the internet on my mobile with no success so first realisation was this morning picking up League Express when I got some odd looks in Sheffield WH Smiths.
Absolutely chuffed for the lads especially with the low gate i.e. no away fans.
Hope we get an easy tie in Challenge Cup then a SL team at Woodlands. Black and Whites would do.
