Panthers have made another late signing ahead of the new season, in wingman paul Ballard from the celtic crusaders, i've seen this guy play a few times, (including against us a few years back) he knows his way to the line, plus we were looking slightly stretched for quality backs. Gives us a few more options at least.
Good news- guess this is cover for Miller's injury, though this guy sounds as though he is of a better standard than most of the rest of the team. Hopefully if he is as fast as his brother (and Royle) this will be good news.
Munro on one wing and Ballard on the other looks good.
