A realisation that this may have overturned the apple cart then led to this plea in desperation..


Something tragically funny that a Fax fan in all innocence may have caused so much upset at one club.
In his defence shame on the RFL for not having the appropriate checks in place prior to the Swinton game. Halifax must take some of the Flak but what sort of governing body doesn't have these sort of checks in place to stop the game from being brought into disrepute.

On another note about our friends how much trouble are they really in.. two directors have apparently resigned from the club.. Leythers (possibly just causing trouble) carving up the squad to see who they would sign because of the 'financial woes'...
Considering the hope that most Fax fans had at the start of the season.. are they really struggling.
I realise that this is more fitting on the Fax board but it will only be seen as trolling which it genuinely isn't?

I wouldn't say that 'Fax are in dire straights as their income will see have taken a shot in the arm with an increase in crowds along with the money they were hoping to make from the hospitality in the East Stand, but getting knocked out of the Northern Rail without making the knock-out stages and only playing a couple of hardly-lucrative Challenge Cup games certainly won't have done much good for their budgeting. Doom-mongering on the 'Fax board of sponsors being put off because of the unprofessionalism shown etc, but as most sponsors are generally fans anyway I doubt it will have [ithat[/i much of an effect.
