Does anybody know whether Liam Farrell and Shaun Ainscough will be allowed to play for either Widnes or more likely Wigan in this challenge cup tie? A position we probably didn't think we'd be in, in that Farrell is doing well in the first team but surely can't play against us in the cup?
Given the fact that these things almost exclusively favour the Super League side, I can't imagine for a minute that there's any reason why Farrell can't play.
Surely something the club will look into, Farrell is doing well for them. You would think from an organisational point of view, the RFL 'should' have thought of every possibility.
It's up to the parent club, however most won't be able to play while the parent club remain in the competition as this would then cup tie them. This is the same rule for both Dual Reg and Laon players I believe.
