Jim Gannon

He's quality due to his consistency, if I were a Chemic fan he would get my vote.

Plus he lives in same village as me, and I used to live across the road from him.

Gleeson should get it for Fax, again for consistency of performance

Thackeray for me
i would have choosen maybe morro or fletcher had they not missed abit of the season with injures
thacks may not have had the best of starts but after a few games he found his form and won us some VERY important games (nrc semi final)
so he would get my vote

Maybe its too early to say - if we are to progress to the final in this comp, a lot of our players are going to have to put in some very good performances. If Webbo socres a hat-trick in every game including the final, he quite rightly would be held as a hero.

Up to now though, I think I'd have to agree with Gannon.

As a fax fan Thackeray was the best player on the field that day, never thought a lot of him but he was a bit special when you needed him that day.

Thacks or Gannon for me, although Webbo has been getting in to the swing of things this season

Without a doubt Gannon. He's had long periods this season where he's had to carry the pack on his own. He's also been Mr Consistent, giving 100% in every game. You cannot ask for more than that.

Ben Black's Hand of God gets my vote.

Poor old Ben Black he's been crap ever since the famous butter hands incident. He even gave us a repeat of his yellow dripping hands at the Stobarts of a tap penalty. We should get him in the hall of fame.

Ah, the "other half" has chipped in and it's goodnight from him, and goodnight from her. A great double act but your "Ben Black" material is about as fresh as Bernie Clifton and his Osterich. Mind you, there's only limited material to go at, seeing as though our players are looking down at yours in the table.
