I`m hoping we give a few young ones a crack now and rebuild for next season .

If Cullen has plans in his head he should start acting now or is he the problem ????

Maybe he should start proving himself now and if you take a few batterings with a re jig then fair enough with me and seeing changes might be a positive.

We are still in contention for the NR Cup even though that will be a struggle and at the top of the table I can see a few teams taking points off each other which might put us back into slight contention.

If we can build some momentum then I think we will nick a few wins that we would not currently expect.

There are green shoots showing from the new training regime (even yesterday) and with a little more practice I think we will be back firing on all cylinders again.

With more fitness Morrison and Fletcher will have more of an impact and on wider pitches the pace of Flynn and Penny will get us tries.

If they aren't performing because they don't like/get on with Cullen, then bye bye.

I'm 100% certain I would be sacked if I performed badly in work and blamed it on not getting on with my manager.

You miss the point. SOC appointed PC so PC has to rule the roost. No "ifs" and " maybe's" If that means sacking more than half the team then so be it. I would hope that the players would commit themselves to the coach, however, to avoid that.

The feedback I have had is that the majority of the players actually rate Cullen. I can understand one or two having disagreements about training being shifted from what they originally signed on for but even they should realise that things had to change. We need the players to pull in the same direction to get anywhere this year and I think the bulk of the playing squad are doing just that.

Again... this is just a case of fans from other clubs trying to scaremonger..

we know what the problems are, they are obvious to all and the club has been upfront about it to the fans... what is more encouraging is that these matters are being addressed.

I think it does not matter wether a player "likes" a coach .It is more important that they respect and in a way fear him.
They are professionals there to do the best job they can ,end of.

Your season is far from over, you still have a grand final to win. Cull will build for the next franchise then as a wire fan i hope justice is done next time and Widnes is back in super league. We can then make our derby games the best in the league.

however its clear he wants the players to be mates so they work that little bit harder for each other, and that makes sense.
If your mate is the coach sat in the stand picking you every week regardless, why would you make that extra yard to help a team mate complete a try saving tackle.

If your mate was stood beside you with a 2 on 1 you'd firstly make that extra effort to help your mate out in defence and secondly make sure the angry so and so on the coaches bench didnt have a reason to drop you....

Nonsense. How are we supposed to focus on next season with still so much of this season to play for?

We have played 2 or 3 games more than all other teams and are only in 3rd. and were only at the quarter finals of the NRC, we gotta beat york to get to the semis.
