No hohaia or Walsh for Friday nights game, very bad luck for Walsh terrible injury, I'm hoping our forwards can out enthuse the big saints pack, I'm going with an FC win over the current league leaders.

Got to have hope, our forwards did well on Thursday, maybe could have done with Feka for a bit more grunt, I was very shocked at how well the team did against Cas in stages of the game, if they can replicate it but have better management which I'm sure they will be working on, think we are in with a chance. Imo.

Saints find it hard to win in East Hull. Think Rovers have won the last six matches so the win was probably not just down to the change in coach.

I imagine there will be a few people who, for some reason, boo him, as if he has turned his back on the club and left, despite it been the other way round that the club tried their hardest to get rid of him.
He deserves a decent reception in my opinion. He was a good player for us and one I liked. Nobody knew at the time though that Shaul was as good as he is.

We aren't really ravaged by injuries. We were earlier in the season but not now. It's just that we have no halves. Both our halves plus our cover (Wilkin) are injured at the same time, which is very unfortunate. Whether it's surmountable remains to be seen.

It'll be an interesting contest of no halfbacks on Friday evening. Maybe the outcome of the match will be down to which pack wins the battle and who can pull off the most barge over tries!
