Not one bit. If you'd have been on here up to week 3 of the season you would have seen that i actually have only ever posted positively for the last few years. Any more experienced poster will back that up. Im just fed up of the way our team are managed currently. Doesnt make me negative, makes me disappointed at our great club being made to look tripe by the coach. If you dont think there's things wrong your simply kidding yourself.

Whilst a win last night was welcome and needed, I just didn't see any difference in our style of play. In fact I thought that the last 20-30 minutes were worse than ever in teh 5 drives and a kick stakes. Wouldn't be so bad if our kicking game was better. Plus, how difficult is it to kick the ball a decent distance into touch from a penalty?

I saw a difference in our desire to pass the ball, no difference in our desire to offload and no difference in our speed of attack or defence though.

All i have ever said is that i'm not judging agar until the end of the season, and that when we get some players in/back things won't be as bad. If people want to judge someone so early in there career that is there porogative. I on the other hand prefer to give people a chance.

We must be the only team in the game that hasn't had a penalty for holding down,the reason been they don't have too were that slow

We never fight to get up out PTB is laughable how slow it is

I noticed R Horne win the collision a few times due to his late step, he then took an age to get up. As you say, all the basics are still wrong and have been for some seasons now.

I can totally understand where youre coming from. Personally ive seen nothing of Agar to justify sticking with him. There not one bit of promise at all for me to justify me wanting him to carry on in his role. The players we have out there playing the game are more than capable of beating the teams that we play against. He just hasnt got a clue how tog et a performance out of the team.

Rob Parker knows how to hold a player down doesnt he?

TBF no Hull player fought to get up quickly so he could do it all night.

Motu and Raynor often win us penalties in our own half by trying to play the ball quickly its something we really should be doing more of!

this weeks game against Cas is a crucial game for our season

a much improved performance (even if we lose a thrilling game!) and even I'd be willing to give Agar some time

if they play like they have for the last 5/6 weeks then he has to go

if we don't up our game Cas's fast backs will murder us

Do we have the fitness to fight to get up? Looking at our pace in attack and line speed in defence im starting to question of fitness levels too.

I'll post on this one. In summary:

Recruitment/retention policy must continue the improvement seen this pre season. No more wasting money on average players with long contracts. Already identified areas for improvement - organisation/leadership on field to be addressed in next recruitment phase - top level scrum half a priority.

Rich Agar to learn from his selection/interchange mistakes this year. Selection far better for the Salford game. Will improve as several internationals hopefully become available from injury/visa issues. To be given until the end of this season at least to get his best team on the field.

Club administration to try harder to avoid farcical PR blunders. Must build on grade A licence status and improved communication eg grapevine/website/fc tv etc. Continue improvements in merchandise quality and value. Continue to lead the way in being one of few profitable clubs in the competition.

I thought we looked tired too, and you can hardly say the game was so intense it took a lot out of us

We looked really fit the first few games when other clubs were 'underdone'

We look out on our feet from 60 mins currently.

some of that is poor squad rotation, such as Manu playing 80mins most weeks

but it also makes me wonder if they train too hard during the week

Good post, whilst i have been very critical of the board and Kath, i have no objections on them making money out of it wouldnt expect no one to do it for nothing

All i want is the money to spent wisely with the right quality of players and the right recruitment policy surely they can see the potential there with the right investment

the thing that baffles me is that with a good coaching set up and some success this club could easily be averaging over 15,000, selling even more shirts and corporate seats and therefore be making them even more profit.

stability is the main reason for letting him have the season, were on our 4th coach in just a few seasons. You don't see the top teams constantly chopping and changing.
