Radford seems quite happy with a draw and performance,6 points down with 7 mins to go, a point is a result,but the performance overall was poor and we look a very ordinary side,considering we were not far off full strength.

Listened to your game on Radio Leeds whilst washing my car, that's as exciting as my Sunday afternoons get when Rovers are not playing........

Anyway in between the Rhinos stuff it seemed like a great game of Rugby League which ebbed & flowed all along.

Think you guys are being a bit harsh on yourselves today, Wakefield beat Wigan last week and this was not a good time to play them.

Quite how you lost at home to them whilst they were in a black hole that I cannot understand.

Today was never going to be easy although I disagree that a draw was as good as a win for you. A draw keeps you below Rovers which obviously is where you should be.

Radio Leeds thought it was a tight game but that Wakefield should have edged it especially when having ample opportunity to kick a drop goal when 6 ahead with time running out. All along I kept thinking I'd settle for a draw it was as good as a Wakefield win for us really.

Afterwards I stepped back a pace or two to admire my newly polished car shining brightly like new in the late afternoon sun. Rovers had disappointed again this weekend but at least the table still says we are the better than Hull.

Why oh Why can't we have the same Desire and Intensity of the last 5 Minutes?

75 minutes we trundle down the middle with no great effect, and not until we are up against it with 5 to go do we offload at will, play with urgency and look dangerous!

May I suggest for future games we keep to the latter strategy for 75 minutes and use the other 5 to plunder down the middle with no end game!

The final result would almost certainly be a win or a least an entertaining game that we have appreciated!

We dont ask any questions, or put any pressure on the oppositions defence, slow motion passing
no backing up.

We dont have problems with the obstruction controversy,as we dont utilise dummy runners.

If fans think, a quality HB will change the way we play, they're in for a rude awakening - IMO.

Think you're doing Lynne a disservice there, I think if you watch the highlights you will see him throw Shaul around like a rag doll before crashing over the line.

Passing is slow,off the mark,and apart from Feka the rest of the forwards take the ball standing still.
I agree with others the team is going backwards under Radford.

A really disappointing display today in the context of what I hoped would be some sort of revenge mentality after the shambles of the second half of the home fixture. Some good individual efforts - Sa will bring some class to the team, Feka was very effective and a solid debut from Abdull, but the whole was less than the sum of the parts today. Season all but dead, just the question from a pass sales perspective of whether it's better to not make the play-offs or to make them and get a damaging hammering. Guess we'll find out.

I think the only thing to save Radford from the fans and to make get respectable pass sales is our recruitment for next year, I have to say I'm not confident about this at all.

My thoughts exactly. Better players would improve us but not to the extent where we would seriously challenge the top teams. Plenty of examples of good players being coached poorly

A quarter of our squad are no good for SL not to compete anyway, some journey men on there way out.

At Leeds we don't have a full assistant coach. McDermott uses Chris Plume (Academy Head Coach, the guy who runs on the pitch with messages for Leeds) & Jason Davidson (Head of Conditioning) as his assistants. But, and this is the major point, we have McGuire, Burrow & Sinfield who, as senior players, contribute on that side of things.
If Pearson is going to persist with Radford (and from an outsiders PoV it seemed a strange appointment in the first place) then he desperately needs a good assistant who knows the halfback side of the game. As you don't have those experienced senior players to add that for Radford.

Ontop of that I'd have to add though, I don't think your squad is that strong, and Ellis appears to be the only leader in the squad.

pryce? Would have loved to sign him 3 or 4 years ago but he's been distinctly average for most of his time with les cats and would only be signing because he's mates with radders. Good that we've pipped fev to his signing though

Out of a pack of 10, we had 3 overseas players, all three having pretty decent seasons.

Pack has been inconsistent, but not our main concern.

Did anyone get a good view of Wakey's second conversion? Looked to be a couple of feet wide from behind the posts, floated a couple of feet above, even the home fans looked on quizzically. Any fans in the old "Best Stand" side should have got a good view?

Awesome then had 3 games of poor/average. Then good again if not as good as yr start. Yes a bit up down but his down still leaves him better than most.
