Certainly much better than it used to be

Ive spent most of the season in the Radford in camp, though we had got over those Warrington(home) and Hudd (Magic) performances. Something has to change, this either needs to be a new coach (Very unlikely), new assistant or Radford works hard on tje failings of the team and his coaching.

Defence needs to improve and we have to become more attacking.

Next season we have a team to challenge, not sure we have the coach to do that unless things change drastically.

for him to come out and practically say he can't motivate them has to be a concern.

Its even more of a concern when the Owner states that the current coach who has failed miserably since the C/C wins will always be here whilst he is in charge.

Pass sales are going to be be difficult, I think 5 wins at home is the worst since the awful 2009 season and we are very much ending on a lull.

New signings may convince a few, but with 15,000 empty seats and a better website to buy tickets I can see a few just picking and choosing games.

It ain’t going to happen, so just need to hope, the new players make a difference and we have a few new ideas In pre season

I've never called for Radford's head, but I'm afraid this season especially the last few weeks has shown up his limitations massively. He's had no idea how to correct our problems, in fact game by game we have gotten worse. Time for a change imo. Do it before pre season and allow the new man time to bed in, don't wait for further failures next year.

I would be amazed if Radford wasn't here next year.

Indeed. Heart says buy a pass, Head says I've enjoyed one home game all year (Rovers on Good Friday) a couple of others such as Leeds and Wakefield have been ok, but the rest has been disappointing evenings sat in a quieter by the year , empty stadium watching the same old rubbish.
