Seems like i have to repeat myself. Sneyd had his best game for us against Catalans with everyone saying that he proper took control in those ten minutes when he was free to play anywhere - something he doesnt do when stuck on one side which is stifling his general game. Is that a coincedence?

The first two need no answer because they are just how it is and I agree with then wholeheartedly the answer to the third is because he would love to.

A bit of momentum gathering about Brough on the Hudds board (Although they are saying Leeds at the end of the year), I hope if he available we do everything in our power to get him signed, would be great for a year or two and really the type of player we are missing to push us to the next level.

There could well be something happening there as they have apparently signed Brierley.

At 34 I think its a bit of a risk, I cant see him ever coming back. But at 34 he cant stay a great player forever.. Look at Pryce for example.

A replacement for Pryce next season is our priority as is a centre if we keep Fonua on the wing.
You can see the difference Lui and Sandow have made for their clubs.
You can also see the difference in our play when Pryce can or wants to play but its too inconsistent.Its a shame but there is little point keeping him on next season.
Whether Danny Brough has two more seasons in him is debatable but he is still a great half back in Super league

Exactly, we want to be getting a halfback that's got his best years ahead of him, not like Brough who in my opinion best years have gone he can only get worse now due to age/injuries .. that's a fact.

We have a couple of halfbacks with their best years ahead of them, we need an old head that can do a job now and guide/help Dean, Tyson-Wilson and perhaps Sneyd. V Wigan and Cas, a player like Danny Brough on the pitch could have given us the wins and also maintained momentum.

Based on what? Never played in Sl and looked average in the middle 8's.

He is a runner, not the type of player we need.

I disagree with this point Dave.

We have plenty who can pass and we go from touchline to touchline but need someone with the pace to break through the gaps created or make the defence think.

We can be easy for a team with a well drilled slide defence to defend against.

Not saying Brierley would be the answer (not seen that much of him) but I do think we need a half back with pace.

We also paid a transfer fee for him.
Suggestion that our mercurial half back could be joining Mr. Ferres at Leeds.

I would be surprised if Leeds were interested in signing Brough given his age. I see him staying at Hudds until he hangs up his boots. I would love to see him at Hull but I'm probably being sentimental
