The thing that stood out for me last night was the atmosphere amongst the fans has turned from one of dissapointment to genuine hatred towards Agar.

This has the potential to get very messy if the performances continue and he doesnt leave.

Excellent post. To reiterate a point I made last night, it is this unfullfilled potential of the club which is so frustrating to so many of us. It was the point we (the "Agar out" club) were trying to make throughout last season. Off the field the club is in a healthy position, highly commendable in these dark economic times, and heaven knows our club has sailed through some choppy waters in its past.
But, as you point out, somewhere down the line these advantages are not being translated into on field success at 1st team level which ultimately is the whole point for any sporting club's existence.
I think we would all now agree that the club has reached one of its irregular impasses. Under the current coaching regime we are going absolutely nowhere. Richard Agar's continued presence as our head coach will have only one effect, to exacerbate the feeling which has been all too obvious on this forum since 10:00 last night. We, the fans, are looking this morning for decisive leadership and action from the top of the club. We are looking for someone (Kath?) to take the decisions which will put this great club on its rightful path towards ultimately fullfilling its potential, and that potential is for us to be celebrating at Wembley/Old Trafford.
Our current situation is akin to having a leaking tap in the bathroom, if left unchecked the whole living room ceiling will come crashing down.

If Briscoe had held on to his three try scoring opportunities the majority on here wouldn't be having the Agar out conversation.

It was only a week ago you were calling for everyone to get behind the coach. A couple of weeks before that you were calling for his head. If we beat Quins, will everything be forgotten again?

yeh we would and simple fact is briscoe dint take those balls and we bombed another couple of tries but so what and the end of the day we lost to a very poor wakey team who i have respect for but who are a shambles with so many young academy players havent even got a ground, simple fact we were absolute socking disorginised, no passion and dint deserve to win. we are 1 from 6 in the league and the club is going backwards which is depressing and upsetting as the potential for this club is absolute huge but a crap coach is holding us back

I've wanted Agar out since 2009, it was quite clear very early on that he wasn't up to the job.

Strong rummour John Muggleton could be tempted back to RL if a Head coach position came up. Bags of experience knows the Area, great contacts and already in the country so im told with some welsh yawnion team.

Sorry to say but it cannot be done now,he has lost the crowd now and i think everyone has had enough of him.

Used to look forward to FC playing, now I don't. Sitting in the KC during the Leeds game was one of the dullest experiences of my life. I'd be dreading the Derby if Rovers weren't so poor, dread playing Warrington though.

hull fc as a club have been so dull, boring and predictable on and of the field now for 2-3 years, excuses and lack of ambition and lack of quality of coaching is holding this club back

I don't think he will get booted this week mainly due to the quick turnaround for Friday. I think though if we loose Friday then surely he cannot survive?

Unless he walks he won't be going anywhere, the board have made that very clear all last week, they are not going to change their minds after an away day defeat. Nice to see the players 'responding' to last weeks defeat though!!








I for one will not step foot back in the KC while he is at the helm, didn't renew my pass and i'm pleased i didn't (as painfull as that is for me to type!)

Think it will be easter until the board will act at the earliest, they will continue to back Agar. Unless he has enough and walsk which I can'ty see happening.

so we leave until easter and basically this season will just be another waste
