Doesn't make a huge difference when you make the errors/drop off, we looked in control, error from Cator with the dumb offload and then the BS after forcing the error and we've gone walkabout.
Loads of effort but same old dumb mistakes and poor defending inside plus unlucky with a forward pass for their second and we are massively on the back foot.
We need to up things the first 10 minutes and get a couple of tries or Wigan will play % and just continue to go out wide where they know they have the distinct advantage. This our biggest defensive weakness and has not changed/improved for years.

Kendall is giving them a skinny ten almost every PTB

I'm worried about how we walked off at half time...every player had their head down. That's a cultural thing.
Discipline....Griffin has likely lost us the game. 2 penalities in 3 mins both of which were STUPID ill-discipline. Again Culture.

Effort is applaudable BUT doesn't win big games. We need to be smart and most important disciplined. All teams try hard at this level. Effort should be a given, please don't applaud it as if it was amazing to see, it's a semi-final ffs.
It's about different aspects. Aspects that I'm afraid are out of our mindset.

I don't disagree but you can't give them any excuses to penalise. Griffin didn't need to come from way back and touch him. Give him some verbals by all means but don't touch him.

Fingerings bumbles or high shots to the head can go unpenalised but a tap on the head is deemed too far.
Kendall should have had a talking with both captains and said any more of it and he will give a penalty. But to blow a penalty at the first sight of a bit of pushing is a ing joke.

How has kendall even got a game this week after his antics last week?? A total of 14 games handed out in suspensions and he was too inept to take action on the field.
