I never saw any-one put on report!

Yeah, about 10 mins in when Hull were dropping out he called him over with Lynch and put him on report, I thought it was for a late him on Dobson though.

i didn't, but someone near us mentioned it, if so why wasn't it a penalty to kr and what was he placed on report for, trying to make a tackle? because we wasn't allowed half as much as the dobbins got away with, hopefully that guy will remain refereeing national league games this coming season, very poor

as for the game, dissapointed with the scoreline but as it was the first hit out for the vast majority on the field compared to the dobbins where some of their players have had 1 or 2 games already im not too worried....yet ;p

Never saw that but if it's the hit on Dobson I'm thinking of their was absolutely nothing in it so no need to go on report at all.

No Radders was on basically saying disappointing result and plenty to work on.

Apparently Gentle was surprised that we appeared to be so ill disciplined as an 11-4 penalty count against suggested when speaking in his press conference.

Crikey, I knew it was one-sided but Rovers were 3 times more disciplined than us? OK, then.

I think the fact Rovers had played between 40-80 each prior to this game showed with that extra sharpness towards the end but your pack looked immobile. Players who are usually very strong defenders and runners like O'Meley and Lynch were having very little impact although this could easily be down to the lack of match fitness.
The "Polynesian Posse" looked very dangerous for us.

Given the relative gametime of both packs I didn't think their was much between them. Most of your territory came on the back of penalties.

I definitely think you should play Lyne at fullback this season, he's great.

Thought paea and Clinton were both great for us I think Seymour is another berrigan in his standard of play and think he will get better I do honestly see bright things for fc this season.

Could tell he hadn't established strong enough links with the hbs so hhis lines were a bit off, looked dangerous with ball in hand though, always looking to offload.
