That game could of easily been lost. In both halfs we built up leads then let them slip. So id say we was lucky today

There are a number of adjectives that could be applied to Hull's evening but "lucky" isn't one of them. If anything the opposite.

If you look at all the drop balls wakefield made in good scoring positions had just a couple of those passes stuck we would have lost the game.

Absolutely. Starting loose forward every week for me. Very impressed with him and he'll only get better. Plays with so much surety for such a young lad.

Yes whenever we win it's because the opposition were poor and whenever we lose it's because we were.

We were lucky with a few things like Lanes last try but unlucky with others like the yellow card. Sometimes you need a bit of luck to win.

Lots of things happen in the game which changes the outcome, they knocked on a few times but I don't remember one if those being a scoring pass. Both teams made mistakes, we just about managed to hang on, no luck at all.

Bit harsh to judge Scott on one game, his first in 6 months or more.

I'd keep Buchanan though, think he will do well in the backrow long term

My judgement is based on all the times I've seen them. Buchanan has always impressed me, Scott on the other hasn't.

Personally I think some of the replacements may have more than made up for what they lacked in quality in enthusiasm and endeavour.

Agreed. Several won't be available anyway I guess - Taylor, Sneyd, Shaul, Jones - but if Cator is fit he should definitely play for example.
