Disappointing result, more for the fact Rovers seemed more up for it than us but I think we only had 3 chances in their red zone and scored twice (the other being Seymour getting held up), we had no ball with the penalty count.

I thought generally our defence was okay, with the amount of ball Rovers had more teams would have scored over 30, hopefully the 1 on 1 misses later in the game were due to tiredness.

Seymour got better and Martin proved he is the better option than Turner who I thought was poor. Impressed by Mika and Paea for Rovers.

Totally disagree Mrs B I thought Seymour did as good as he could behind a beaten pack and a bent ref.

Sharp just plays dumb to me and although not the worst player on the pitch he doesnt really seem to make the right decisions to me.

I think it could be an issue and I thought so when we signed him. Most if not all of the better halves aren't built like forwards. I would have hoped he would look in better shape than he did for Leigh - I will see for myself next week if selected.

He deserves an extended run under the new regime but I am yet to be convinced. He also isn't really a kid any more at the age of 25 he should really be the finished article as a winger if he's going to make it. Important few weeks for him IMO it's a new coaching set up so that cannot be blamed for his performance level. I hope he is successful but it's down to him now and no one else.

Yeah, about 10 mins in when Hull were dropping out he called him over with Lynch and put him on report, I thought it was for a late him on Dobson though.

i didn't, but someone near us mentioned it, if so why wasn't it a penalty to kr and what was he placed on report for, trying to make a tackle? because we wasn't allowed half as much as the dobbins got away with, hopefully that guy will remain refereeing national league games this coming season, very poor

as for the game, dissapointed with the scoreline but as it was the first hit out for the vast majority on the field compared to the dobbins where some of their players have had 1 or 2 games already im not too worried....yet ;p
