i would nt play long against wire, i think we should put all our eggs in the leeds game basket, could beat wire and lose to leeds and finish out the four or we could lose to wire and beat leeds to get in the four (i dont honestly think we can play to the level required to win 2 games running against 2 top teams)

because the im not confident he will be 100 percent for warrington, if we wait for the leeds game then there should be no doubt, a re accurance would definatly wreck any play off hopes anyway, if ready then play him of course but for me the leeds game is when we need all the big players in

If anything Long is BETTER playing at Wire, so he has a game and some match fitness under his belt, if he isn't ready, he wont play.

wewll essentailly thats what it amounts to if we dont risk him, to lose him with a re accurance would be a nightmare, and as for consistency , well you only have to look at this seasons performances to see that we struggle to find it, the amount of moaning that almost all of us have done is as a result of this

But if we always worry about recurring injuries then we'll never play anyone coming back from injury, if Long is fit, he plays, it's as simple as that.

If long is fit he needs to play. We can't get into the situation we had with head and dykes again

I just have a feeling that we may see one or two others out of the Wire game. Maybe a rest for Fitz's injury? Freshen Tickle up . No Tansey , Long or Horne. Could argue it both ways, put the kids in and let them have a crack at a possibly distracted Wire. If they do OK it's a moral victory , if we get hammered it's only to be expected and no reflection on our soon to be full strength side.
Personally I think if players are fit , they play and we shouldn't be in the business of picking and choosing (earmarking) certain games but I can see it happening.

If he is then he's an idiot, we need to be focused on the wire game and not looking any further than that.
If Long can play then he should play, any fatigue and he gets a week off after it, we need to make sure of 5th spot before we start looking at securing 4th.

Do you really think agars not bothered about the wire games? If Leeds lose and we win we finish above them anyway.

I don't think Agar will do that, the point with Long is not to save him for the Leeds game but whether or not the Wire game is a week too soon for his injury, that should be the main concern.
