Correct. He needed to play 50 games in 2008-2009.

He played 29 out of 32 games in 2008 and 22 out of 28 in 2009. He'd played all 11 games this season up to yesterday so since he's been with us he's played 62 out of 71 games which is a pretty good record really.

I agree, Washbrook has a chance to get his foot in the door, albeit at hooker. Long term this will benefit the team as he can fill in a number of play making roles if injuries occur.
Gutted for Berro as I felt he'd just started to hit form.

No team has specialist back up for every position and with Washbrook we have a better than average "fill in" player: loose forward, off half, scrum half and hooker.

Brother in law broke his a few years back and wasn't allowed to play for 12 weeks.

It depends on how bad the break is, if it's a hairline fracture or a clean break.

But your right he had done same at end of 07 when leaving Hudds , recovered and played first 14 rounds without a problem
