I would imagine because Leeds have now less threat in open play- hall doesn't have the speed anymore, golding isn't good enough, and briscoe has been shocking all season, whereas kicking to hardaker and eden is risky.

Once we got behind I think the game plan went a bit, we lost patience.

I agree, Minkin didn't have a clue how to deal with the high ball and dropped the first 3 and then after that I dont think we put another one up to him which was strange.

It's been a bit of Trinity thing for years. Find a way to win a game and then ignore it in the next game. We murdered Leeds last week forcing drop outs, don't remember one last night. It's easy for us to say but all the same why play a totally different game.

We noted that, the game plan seemed to slip after 20 mins and it was working great until then.

I was a bit baffled why we stopped peppering Minikin after the first half an hour - the lad was having a mare.

On balance though - we lost that game because they are significantly better than us; they have an excellent approach to the game and execute it very well - with some individuals who would get into any SL side - McMeeken, Roberts, Hardaker and Millington to name a few. We weren't awful - despite dropping off badly in the 2nd half - they were just a lot better. Fair play - they've earned the LLS and it's no disgrace to lose to them.

suppose you would want to be classed as a one tick pony and we should have different game plays but I'll have the same of the leeds game all day long,
what baffled me was how quite miller was, shame about the swap on the left wing but that certainly didn't work, maybe that's why Miller was absent

Probably have to give Cas credit for shutting Miller down in the same way that in the three games we've played against them this season we've been very good at nullifying Gale. Unfortunately their right edge with McMeeken, Roberts and Webster is just as good and we couldn't cope on that side.

Correct, it's on the edge they beat us every time. They just promote the ball that bit quicker.

It's not as much as some suggest but it's enough.
