As far as I know the RFL pay for every team to travel to france?

I wonder if the scroungers will be tapping catalan up for some gate money like they have done with every club they've travelled to.

Ironic that the club who lost its best players to admin and started the season from a standing start, is battling for the 8th spot against a club that has bankrupt itself paying players it couldn't afford and hasn't lost a single one of them; add to that the fact that the sports governing body is paying those players, and it becomes a story you couldn't make up.

Obviously different scenarios but it is odd that it was the entirety of the coaching staff that was made redundant to reduce the wage bill rather than selling assets (ie. players) to lower said wage bill and bring in some additional funds on top.

He did; his problems go deeper than the general lack of consistency in SL refereeing - he's just inept.

There is a possibility that, if Catalan are in a safe position when round 27 is played (ie they cant move up or down in the league). they may rest some players for the start of the play offs.
With them playing The RFL Bulls in that fixture, can we be confident that they will be trying to win.
Of course there is a long way to go as we still need to beat Widnes, who have begun playing well and the Bulls have to beat FC.
Its going to be a very nervy and tense fnish to the season....... nurse...........nurse.

There in a battle for 4th with leeds and even though two points in it if they lose a game and if leeds win both then the Rhino's will get 4th

Leeds play Salford then Huddersfield

If it comes down to last game then they should have to play both our game against Salford and Bulls game against Catalan on same day at same time kick off. I think that Salford would be forced to push game to Saturday to accomodate the Catalans match which would be more difficult to reschedule.
