second try he was still moving forward in the tackle , if he had stopped with the ball carrying arm on the ground then that would of been classed as a tackle my versions any way

The "ball carrying arm" situation is a complete misnomer!

The ball carrying arm hitting the deck, whether a defender is in contact or not, does not necessarily complete the tackle.

The stopping of the ball carriers momentum is equally important. This is why the Briscoe try was allowed tonight.

Stevo and Eddie do not help. As they say "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing".

he was moving forward out of the tackle you are allowed to try and get away at least once, if anything the first try should of been blown up for a knock on earlier
