I have managed to fill a coach to Wakefield this Sunday (and then my boss told me I had to work...baresteward) and was wondering where you all meet up before the game? Coach is leaving at 9am, so the intepid travellers should have a good hour to lubricate before KO.

Against Hull they were asking people at the door who they supported. I'm guessing they didn't allow Hull FC fans in.
As for the original question, a few pubs around the ground have closed and there doesn't seem to be a meet as such. Foresters pub may well have a gathering, that's probably the nearest pub. |

You'll probably be up here for 1pm. Supposed to be a decent day get the coach driver(buy him lunch) to drop you off @ the Kings Arms on the Heath. Great old pub plenty of outside and 2 minutes drive from the ground.

The Castle on Barnsley Road (A61) is worth considering. 15 minutes walk to the ground and decent food and drink. If you're more budget conscious the Walnut on Barnsley Rd is OK.

Well it is a Members club after all, by law the entry should be restricted to registered members and guests, that is why the entry system changed to a fob and not an open door.
Oh... and the Hull fans kicked off a while back so they are definitely not welcome. |
