We have sold Weldon Road (have you bought out the blast zone license?)
We have 2 million from the Council (really have the caveats been studied on this assett and will it realise 2 million)
Waystone are contributing (how much then)
No answer to have you finance in place etc etc.
He looked well sheepish and not very comfortable
Come Richard show us the money pal all this banter can go to bed and we can concentrate on Wakeys effort.

Cas do not have the money to build it .Their intention and tactics are quite simple.
They will complete full planning and then do what they have stated on their website. They will level out an area which is the base for the pitch and thats when the money will dry up. However if timed correctly it may be just enough activity and progress to get them the next licence. |

Are we having boxing day in spring in 2012???
RW has always said it will be built in time for SL 2012.
An 8 month build is quick even for a simple ground like that- how little seating is there really?? Although when you have fans who SCREAM with joy when a player is out spilling blood "family essentials" are of little concern.
I hope Sam Burgess (if he ever comes back to SL) gives Walker some of the same treatment he dealt out on his brother.
Ask Fui Fui Moi Moi; Sam knows how to properly execute a shoulder charge.
I hope he's praying Luke is ok with sloppy technique like that! |

Nobody was screaming for joy at the injury, they were screaming for joy at a GREAT HIT when they realised there was an injury, there was silence, then EVERYONE applauded him off, unlike at Wakefield where it's common place to hear booing, you sad, sad little man.

The reason the stadium hasn't been built yet is because there WASN'T the money, now there IS, 2 massively different things, I don't believe much RW says, but I do believe things I've helped to bring in. |
